2. tad sae waterfalls

Experience a retreat into nature by exploring the beauty of Tad Sae Waterfall. Located 15 km southeast of Luang Prabang, Tad Sae Waterfall is a spectacular natural wonder you can enjoy during the wet season in Luang Prabang. The cascades aren’t as high as that of Kuang Si waterfalls, but there are more streams of water pouring over unique limestone formations, which makes a great place for a refreshing swim.

3. pak ou caves

Also known as “The Thousand Buddha Cave”, Pak Ou is a 16th century cave monastery filled with thousands of Buddha statues and images. The journey on boat to and from this sacred cave is an experience in itself, where you can enjoy the great views of the limestone mountains and riverside life. On the way back, you will have the opportunity to visit traditional whiskey villages.

4. Weaving workshop WITH OPK POP TOK

5. cooking class at "farm to table" restaurant
