Pub Street: the busiest and most touristy part of Siem Reap where you can easily get to the local vibes with many bars, restaurants and nightlife activities.

Kandal Village: it’s very close to Pub Street but much more quiet and peaceful with many great boutiques and coffee shops.  

Wat Damnak Village: a good fit if you love to stay nearby the river. You can easily find some beautiful riverfront hotels in this area, as well as nice restaurants and local markets.

Charles de Gaulle: If you want to see Angkor firsthand, the nearest hotels to Angkor are on Charles de Gaulle with only 3 km from the entrance gate. But keep in mind that there are not many food restaurants in this area compared to other areas inside the city center.
