HIGHLIGHTS

Revel in an entertaining day of light Trekking and Bamboo Rafting from Pong Ngan Village to Mae Tang River.
At 7:30 am, meet your guide and go for a 45 minutes drive to reach the entrance of the trek where starts a 2.5 hours light trek to the village of Pong Ngan. On your way there, enjoy the attractive natural trail and stop for a relaxation break by the Mae Taeng River. Winding its way through valleys and canyons, Mae Taeng River offers a nice setting to enjoy your picnic lunch, packed with fresh ingredients from the ecological lodge.
The afternoon will go on with an exclusive bamboo rafting experience! Float down the river for 2 hours and relish in the enchanting lush countryside.
Finally, you will be picked up at the village of Ban Sop Kai and transferred to the ecological lodge in the middle of Mae Tang. Appreciate your free time at the lodge, have a stroll around, or try the sustainable facilities for a relaxing end to the day. A meditation, spa, or massage are vividly recommended in this place thanks to its amazing environment and stunning setting.
DAY 2: MAE TANG – CHIANG MAI
After another delicious meal at the ecolodge, lounge around and appreciate your free time to relax. Walk around the lodge and take your last pictures of the beautiful landscapes before the departure to Chiang Mai at noon.

Private activity
This excursion is suitable for children of 12 years and above, who are used to walking a longer distance. Bring swimming clothes since the raft has no seat, a waterproof bag for your camera / phone is suggested.
