Discover the majestic banks of the Mekong river and its lush river valley, located in the middle of rice fields on mountainsides; a river that provides plenty of fish for the local villages. You will embark on a journey off-the-beaten track, to discover abundant unspoilt villages of northern Laos. You will explore the completeness of a country with its timeless charm. Charming night halts, comfortable accommodation typical local slow-paced travel by traditional longtail boat between rivers and impressive karst mountain peaks. This trip can be preceded by a short exploration of the north of Thailand (see our pre-arrangement "A few days in the north of Thailand ").
