"Passionate about travel and discovery, I began my career with diverse experiences including working as a development technician in the rubber industry, an importer of Mongolian yurts, an ecological water management trainer and a designer of green homes.
In July 2004, after a pilgrimage to the birthplace of Buddhism in the Himalayan foothills, I arrived in Cambodia by chance. I was moved by this first trip to Southeast Asia.
After decades of political struggle, these smiling, welcoming people are now living in peace. Since 2004, I have returned every year to discover more of this charming country and in May 2009 I had the opportunity to finally settle in Cambodia.
After encountering so many wonderful and interesting people, my walks turned into hikes along unknown tracks, and visits to Angkorian temples became real archaeological explorations.
The discovery of this country’s natural and cultural beauty, both visible and hidden, has become an enduring passion with the endless possibility of new experiences. Come to the kingdom and meet the Khmer people, in the rich and varied paradise which is Cambodia.
