DAY 02 : ARRIVAL - SAIGON

Morning: arrival at Saigon airport (flight and schedules to be communicated) Welcome at the airport by your local Enslish-speaking guide then transfer to the city (about 60min).

Ho Chi Minh city was nicknamed, when it was still only called Saigon, the "Pearl of the East" and the "Paris of Asia". Founded under the Second Empire, Saigon was the capital of Cochinchina (now Nam Bô), the only territory constituted as a French colony (the other two, Tonkin and Annam, being protectorates).

Panoramic tour of the city on foot: the Central Post Office, the Opera House (outside) but also the Cathedral of Notre Dame (outside), remains of the French colonial period. Continuation by the Reunification Palace (outside) or Liberation Palace, a true symbol of the fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975

Lunch in a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Visit of the Jade Temple and the War Museum. Then discovery of the famous Ben Thanh market. Check-in and installation in your room.

Dinner with Banh Xeo tasting, a very popular dish consisting of a crispy hot pancake with soy sprouts, pork slices and shrimp.

Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 03 : SAIGON                        

Breakfast at your hotel.

Discover with your guide the Thien Hau pagoda and the Binh Tay market in the Chinese district, Cho Lon, of the city.

Lunch in a local restaurant.

Visit of a lacquer workshop. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon.
Option: 01h30 of relaxation and relaxation in a spa centre in the city + $45/pers (min of 04 pers and maximum of 10 pax per session)

DAY 04 : SAIGON > CAI BE > CAN THO

Breakfast at your hotel.

Departure with your guide to Cai Be in a private air-conditioned vehicle (about 02h30). Cai be is a city located in the Mekong Delta.

The Mekong is the great south of the country, exoticism, but also a huge field of rice fields, a checkerboard of orchards crossed by arroyos.

Before arriving in Cai Be, you will visit a Caodaitist temple.
Caodaism is a religion that was founded in the 1920s by a Vietnamese civil servant. He created Caodaism by taking the best of the great religions of Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism.

Arrived at the port of Cai Be, boarding for a boat trip to the islet of Binh Hoa. Walk between the arroyos of the river. Visit of an artisanal rice cake and puffed rice factory (tasting).

Specialty lunch of "elephant ear fish" at Mrs. Ut Trinh's house.

Continuation by boat to Vinh Long. Disembarkation and travel to Cantho. Check-in and installation at the hotel.

Dinner in local restaurant.

DAY 05 : CAN THO > TRA SU > CHAU DOC

Early morning awakening (around 05:30). Departure by boat for the floating market of Phong Dien.
The Phong Dien Floating Market is a charming floating market located in Can Tho. About 20 km southwest of Can Tho; the Phong Dien Floating Market is one of the most beautiful floating markets in the Mekong Delta. Once arrived, you will find more traditional rowing boats but also modern motorized ones. In addition, there are fewer tourists than the Cai Rang Floating Market.
Then return to the hotel to have breakfast and take your before driving to Chau Doc where you will arrive around noon.

You will then have a good opportunity to visit the Tra Su Nature Reserve (rung Cham Tra Su), an ecological paradise that is home to bat colonies, over 100 species of seabirds, endless waterways and abundant vegetation.
You will travel this isolated forest by foot and by boat, in the middle of half-submerged trees. This will be the perfect opportunity to relax and get closer to nature, during a peaceful afternoon in this protected reserve. You can observe the fauna and flora, including different species of birds.
Arrival in Chau Doc late afternoon.

DAY 06 : CHAU DOC > SADEC > SAIGON

Breakfast at your hotel.

You will then visit a Muslim Cham village. The Cham people go back to the time of the Champa kingdom, an empire that extended from Hue to the south of the Mekong delta, between the 7th and 18th centuries. Discover the life of the village and its houses on stilts, and visit a mosque to get a closer look at this fascinating community and its traditional way of life.

Lunch in a local restaurant.

This charming city is the origin of the film "L'amant", based on the semi-autobiographical novel of a French writer: Marguerite Duras. This is the story of a French teenager who falls in love with a rich man of Chinese origin Huynh Thuy Le. You can visit his old house and the high school (outside) where Marguerite's mother was a teacher.

Then back to Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 07 : SAIGON – HO TRAM RESORT

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to your resort in Long Hai (about 02h30). Arrival at HO TRAM BEACH BOUTIQUE RESORT & SPA hotel. Welcome cocktail and check-in. Beginning of your seaside stay "ALL INCLUSIVE"

Lunch at the resort restaurant.

Program at your own leisure to relax and enjoy the place, the 2 swimming pools, the beach and your all-inclusive package throughout your stay at the resort.
