Deluxe Category + 35 USD/pax base 2. Subject to availability and agreement of the hotel.

Former capital of the French Indochina from 1902 to 1953, Hanoi became the unified capital of Vietnam in 1975. Crossed by the Red River (Song Hong), it has preserved all its charm. Some buildings that have been remarkably preserved or restored stand out from a harmonious architectural ensemble. Hanoi is undoubtedly the most charming city in Vietnam with all its authenticity, large shaded avenues, many lakes, and well-kept gardens.

The city's first discoveries: the Temple of Literature, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside) and the Presidential Palace (outside).

Lunch in a local restaurant.

Afternoon: check-in and installation in your room. Around 3pm, set off for a walk in the old district of the 36 Corporations, through its alleys, around Lake Hoan Kiem (Lake of the Restored Sword). Visit of Saint Joseph's Church, Hanoi's "Great Church" (outside)

Dinner in a local restaurant.

Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 03 : HANOI > HALON BAY

Breakfast at your hotel.

Departure for Halong Bay, made famous by the film "Indochina". Its landscape is marked by the 1969 karst islands that have now been renowned and listed as World Heritage List.

Ha Long Bay extends over more than 1,500 km2. It has nearly 2,000 islands and islets, karst reefs full of caves that rise from the sea like strange sculptures. The sampans and junks that silently slide on the transparent waters reinforce this impression of unreality. Ha Long means "the descending dragon" in Vietnamese. The legend has it that a great dragon once left its den in the mountains to throw itself into the sea, digging deep cracks in the ground with its tail. When he dived into the ocean, the water submerged the crevasses, creating a multitude of islands.

Embarkation around noon on your junk and installation in your cabin. Your cruise then begins in the labyrinth of sugar loaves of the bay. The setting is magical: 2,000 islands and islets dot its clear emerald waters.

Welcome drink followed by lunch.

Visit of a natural cave. Superb panoramic view of the bay at sunset.

Dinner and overnight aboard your junk under the stars, somewhere...in the East Sea.

Possible activities on board the junk:

• If the weather allows to, you can learn about squid fishing. You will feel like a real fisherman. Members of staff will give you some hints and then you may enjoy the cooked tasty squids.
• Relaxation on deck: relax on the deck by admiring the beauty of Halong Bay or by admiring the dawn and dusk on the bay. Sunrise and sunset on the bay will remain unforgettable moments.
• In addition: possibility of kayaking (1 kayak for 2 people).

The water in Halong Bay is quite warm even in winter, so kayaking is a pleasant experience all year round. Try to keep your balance and paddle around for a beautiful adventure in the middle of a magical landscape.

DAY 04 : HALONG BAY > HANOI > HUE

Breakfast on board.

Sunrise on Halong Bay. Possibility of initiation to Tai Chi on board, a Chinese martial art that increases strength and muscle tone and reduces stress. Continuation of the cruise and discovery of the Thien Canh Son cave.

NOTE: The itinerary and visits on Halong Bay can be modified according to the tide and weather.
Disembarkation and transfer to Hanoi airport for your flight to Hue. Once arrived in Hue, your driver will meet you at the airport and then transfer you to the city. Settle down at your hotel

Lunch in a local restaurant with Bun Bo Hue specialities (rice vermicelli soup with beef and aromatic herbs.

You will discover the Khai Dinh and Minh Mang tombs (the most distant and majestic) in the vicinity of Hue

It is one of the most beautiful examples of harmony between architecture and nature. Inspired by Chinese sanctuaries of the Ming era, these tombs were built in the middle of mountains, rivers and pine forests.

Hoi An really took off in the 15th century under the name of Faifo before becoming one of the largest commercial ports in Southeast Asia under the aegis of the Nguyen lords.
